LEED Project, in conjunction with SITQ and Marfoglia Construction...
Ecodem was contracted not only for the deconstruction portion, but also the waste management during construction. Ecodem provided a turn-key solution and all the necessary documents required to achieve the desired 2 MR Credits towards LEED Certification.
McGill Observatory
Deconstruction/recycling of entire building for McGill University...
The contract consisted of decontaminating and stripping the interior, and then the systematic deconstruction of the entire building. The observatory was taken down block by block, and a 95% recycling percentage was acheived.
Bombardier Corporate Office
Selective deconstruction of 3 floors,
50,000 sq ft, with Polaris and Marfoglia...
The bombardier head office required delicate selective deconstruction. Many portions of walls and ceilings remained which minimized the waste generated. The project totaled over 50,000 sq. ft., and over 150 tons of construction debris was recycled, even though it was not specified in the contract. Ecodem was awarded the project based on price.

Deconstruction and Waste Management Project, in conjunction with Espace...
The project consisted of deconstructing the space and managing the waste from construction activities, without the use of a container (which could not be placed on site permanently) Ecodem handled the waste management and over 215 cubic yards of waste was recycled during the construction phase alone.
McMillan Law Firm
Full Deconstruction of 3 floors, 36,000 square feet, MONIT property...
The project consisted of the complete gutting of three floors for McMillan Law firm. Each 12,000 square foot floor was completed in under 9 days. Over 250 tons of material was recycled, even though it was not specified in the contract. The contract was awarded based on price.
Place Alexis Nihon Dollarama
Full Deconstruction of a retail space in conjunction with Gestion Homburg...
The project consisted of stripping the entire space, including block walls, mechanical components, vents, electrical and plumbing. Ecodem offered a complete turn-key solution and over 110 tons of waste was recycled on the project.
